I'm also opening this group up to moms that still love the gym, are doing CrossFit, Pure Barre, etc and want to just try Shakeology.
I am looking for 10 moms (or Dads!!) that are saying enough is enough. That want the support and accountability from me and other people on the same mission. You will get fitness, nutrition and personal support. And seriously, I know we are STILL busy...so I'm talking about workouts that are 25-30 minutes a DAY. That's it!
